Searching for Tasks by Text

You can search for tasks in the Task List by text that may appear in task IDs, task names, any parent WBS element’s name up to and including the top-level (Project) WBS element, code names, code values, user defined field names, or user defined field values. This operation only returns tasks already listed in the Task List, so you should select the appropriate task list view and time frame filter before searching for tasks.

To search for tasks by text:

1. Tap the search bar at the top of the Task List. If the search bar is not visible, flick up until it becomes visible.
2. Enter your search text.
3. Tap Search.

Note: To clear the Search filter, tap the search bar and then tap Cancel.
