Assigning a password rule to a role

You can create password rules as necessary. You assign one password rule to each role, and all users and patients assigned to the role must create passwords that conform to the rule.

  1. Select Administration (Administration icon. Click to navigate to the Administration page.).
  2. Click Assign Password Rules to Roles.

    The Assign Password Rules to Roles page appears.

  3. Click Assign Password Rule.

    The Assign Password Rule page appears.

  4. From the Role drop-down list, select a role.
  5. From the Password Rule drop-down list, select a password rule.
  6. Click Submit.
