This view contains each change made to an item, including who made the change and when it was made, the original value, and the modified value.

Column | Description |

SITEID | Site where the change occurred. |
SITE_NUMBER | Number of the site as displayed in the user interface. |
SITE_NAME | Name of the site as displayed in the user interface. |
PATIENT_ID | Identifier of the patient for whom the change was made. |
USER_ID | User name of the user who modified the item. |
OBJECTID | Name of the item that changed. |
VISIT_NAME | Visit during which the change was made. |
VISIT_INDEX | Index indicating the order in which the visit occurs in the study. |
FORM_NAME | Name of the form on which the item exists. |
FORM_INDEX | Index indicating the order in which the form occurs in the visit. |
ITEM_NAME | Name of the item that changed as displayed in the user interface. |
INITIAL_ENTRY | Yes or No, indicating whether this record the first entry for the item. |
CURRENT_VALUE | Changed value of the item. |
PREVIOUS_VALUE | Value of the item before it was changed. |
CHANGE_DATE | Date and time when the item value was changed. (In GMT offset format.) |
REASON_FOR_CHANGE | Reason for changing the item value, as entered by the user who modified the item. |
ROLE | Role of the user who made the change. |
CHANGE_USER_NAME | User name of the user who made the change. |
LANGUAGE_ID | Identifier of the language, enabling you to filter the view by language. |
