AD_PatientLifeCycle

This view contains the data about the status of the patient as the patient enters and exits the study.

Column

Description

SITENUMBER

Number of the site as displayed in the user interface.

SITE_NAME

Name of the site as displayed in the user interface.

LAN_ID

Identifier of the language, enabling you to filter the view by language.

PATIENT_ID

Unique identifier for the patient. (Can be NULL.)

STATE_DATE

The time the patient’s data was modified last (DateTime Type)

PRE_SCREENED

Code indicating whether the patient was pre-screened:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

CREATED

Code indicating whether the patient was created:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

ENROLLED

Code indicating whether the patient was enrolled:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

DISCONTINUED

Code indicating whether the patient was discontinued:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

SCREENING

Code indicating whether the patient was screened:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes
  • 2 – Unknown (not yet screened)

COMPLETED

Code indicating whether the patient completed the study:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

RANDOMIZED

Code indicating whether the patient was randomized:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

SCREEN_FAILED

Code indicating whether the patient failed the screen:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

OPT_OUT

Code indicating whether the patient opted out of the study:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

CONSENTED

Code indicating whether the patient signed an informed consent:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

LOST_TO_FOLLOW_UP

Code indicating whether the patient was lost to follow-up:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

WITHDRAWN

Code indicating whether the patient withdrew from the study:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

SITEID

Database identifier of the site. (Can be NULL.)

PATIENTWEBSCREENED

Code indicating whether the patient came through the Web Screener process:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes
