Code indicating whether the patient is frozen:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes

PATIENTLOCKED

Code indicating whether the patient is locked:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes

PATIENTDMREVIEWED

Code indicating whether all of the patient's visits have been reviewed by a Data Manager:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes

PATIENTSDV

Code indicating whether all of the patient's visits have been source verified:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes

Code indicating whether all of the patient's visits have been signed:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes
