Code indicating whether the visit is frozen:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes

VISITLOCKED

Code indicating whether the visit is locked:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes

VISITDMREVIEWED

Code indicating whether the visit has been reviewed by a Data Manager:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes

VISITSDV

Code indicating whether the visit has been source verified:

• 0—No
• 1—Yes
