Viewing queries by patient, visit, form, or item

Select Patients ().
The Patient List page appears.

The Open, Answered, and Closed columns display the number of queries with each status for each patient. These values are links.
To view the queries associated with a specific patient, click the Open, Answered, or Closed link.
The Query List page appears displaying the queries of the selected type for the selected patient.

To view all of the queries associated with a specific patient, click the Summary link.

The Patient Summary page appears. Query status icons appear on the patient, visit, form, and item levels.

Select Patients ().
The Patient List page appears.
Click the Summary link for the patient.
The Patient Summary page appears.
- If queries have been made on any level, one or more query status icons, reflecting the statuses of the queries, appear in the Status field on the Patient ID line as well as in the Status column for the individual items.
- For each visit, a count appears in the Open, Answered, Approved, and Closed columns. The statuses of the queries appear in the Status columns.
To view the statuses of the queries associated with each form in a visit, click the arrow to the left of the visit.

To view the queries associated with the visit, click the Visit checkbox and click a query-related icon.

The Query List page appears displaying all queries associated with the visit.
To view the statuses of the queries associated with each item on a form, click the arrow to the left of the form.
The statuses appear in the Status columns.
To view the query itself, click the arrow to the left of the item.
The query text appears below the item.
