About standard reports

Standard reports summarize operational and transactional data, such as query metrics, patient statuses, audit trail history, and eCode statuses, for a study. If your study includes a call center, you can also report on the number of calls made by each staff member every day. Standard reports do not include clinical data. The following reports include audit data:

• Audit Trail History report
• Login History report

If you have the right to view reports, you can select the standard reports on the Reporting page, and you can view and export reports using features in the BI Publisher tool.

Note: If the study is designed to contain Personal/Protected Health Information, and designers and sponsors choose to encrypt it, they have the ability to indicate which items on forms contain sensitive information that should be encrypted and also excluded from email messages, data exports, and reports by default.
