Roles and rights for reports

You can add the default reporting rights in the OutcomeLogix application to one or more roles.

• Design Report—Allows users assigned to the role to create ad hoc reports. This right is added to the following roles by default:
  • CRC
  • Investigator
  • Sponsor
  • CRA
  • CDM
  • Medical Monitor
  • OLX Read Only
  • OLX Help Desk
  • Study Administrator
• View Report—Allows users assigned to the role to view selected standard reports and saved ad hoc reports. This right is added to the following roles by default:
  • CRC
  • Investigator
  • Sponsor
  • CRA
  • CDM
  • Medical Monitor
  • Call Center Staff
  • Call Center Manager
  • Sponsor Help Desk
  • OLX Read Only
  • OLX Help Desk
  • Study Administrator

Note: You must assign every report you create to one or more roles.
