Reviewing a patient, visit, form, or item
Status icons appear at the patient, visit, form, and item levels to guide reviewers through the review process.
- Select Patients (
).The Patient List page appears.
- Click the Summary link for the patient.
The Patient Summary page appears.
- In the navigation tree, select the patient, visit, form, or item to review. You can select multiple checkboxes.
- Select the status icon corresponding to the status to apply. For more information, see User-applied query, review, and status icons.
- Click Submit.
- When a reviewer applies a status to a form (for example, marks a form as reviewed), the application applies the status to the repeating sections on the form even if they have not been reviewed individually.
- When a reviewer marks a form and all of the repeating sections with a certain status, the application applies the status to the entire form. If the reviewer applies the status only to the repeating sections, the overall status of the form does not change.
