This view contains information about calls taken by each Call Center staff member by day.

Description

ATTEMPTCOUNT

Number of the call attempt.

DATECALLED

Date when the patient called into the Call Center.

ID

Database identifier of the call.

ISCOMPLETE

Indicator specifying if the call is complete:

  • 0—No
  • 1—Yes

LAN_ID

Identifier of the language, enabling you to filter the view by language.

NOTES

User comments about the call.

PATIENTID

Unique identifier for the patient.

REASON

Reason for the call.

SITEID

Database identifier of the site.

STAFFMEMBER

Name of the staff member who took the call.

TIMECALLED

Time when the staff member took the call.

VISITNAME

Name of the visit as displayed in the user interface.
