This view contains information about calls taken by each Call Center staff member by day.
AD_CC_Calls_By_Staff report view
Column | Description |

ATTEMPTCOUNT | Number of the call attempt. |
DATECALLED | Date when the patient called into the Call Center. |
ID | Database identifier of the call. |
ISCOMPLETE | Indicator specifying if the call is complete:

LAN_ID | Identifier of the language, enabling you to filter the view by language. |
NOTES | User comments about the call. |
PATIENTID | Unique identifier for the patient. |
REASON | Reason for the call. |
SITEID | Database identifier of the site. |
STAFFMEMBER | Name of the staff member who took the call. |
TIMECALLED | Time when the staff member took the call. |
VISITNAME | Name of the visit as displayed in the user interface. |
