SITE_NAME | Full name of the site. |
STATUS_CHANGE_DATE | Date of status change. |
VISIT_EXPECTED_DATE | Expected date of the visit. |
VISIT_ID | Database identifier of the visit. |
VISIT_NAME | Name of the visit as displayed in the user interface. |
