Customer comments

  • 9.2 Fluid & Fluid Candidate Gateway (eRecruitment) - most students use their mobile phones to apply for a job and HCM 9.1 version does not support this. The Fluid Candidate Gateway user interface provides a modern look and ease of use for both internal & external applicants to search, apply for, and track job opportunities at UoC on devices, including mobile devices.
  • Unicode conversion – enables UoC to incorporate the New Zealand Māori characters (macrons) into their HCM application enabling the capture and reporting of Māori characters within employee names, department names etc. This enables the University to better incorporate the Māori language in their everyday communications and interactions. Believed to be a first for a New Zealand PeopleSoft HCM customer.

    • Set up a Selective Adoption strategy for future years.
