To close Crystal Ball, use one of the following options:
Right-click the Crystal Ball icon, , in the Windows taskbar and select Close, or
Close Microsoft Excel.
If you want, you can select Resetin the Crystal Ball ribbon to reset the model, and then select the Office button and then Save to save it before you close Crystal Ball.
