The Language of the question text
The Question Properties: correct and wrong response weight, and whether the question is enabled and required
The Answer Constraints: the source, minimum length, and format
Answer Controls: users and groups who are allowed or denied the question
OK button to commit changes
Cancel button to dismiss the dialog without saving changes
Help button on the lower right
