Identity REST services that are based on the System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) protocol, which provides functionality for self-service, user, role/group, organization, and password policy management. See Chapter 21, "Using SCIM/REST Services".
For 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.3.0), this guide has been updated in several ways. Following are the sections that have been added or changed.
Removed information about Oracle Identity Manager overview and architecture.
Removed information about security architecture in Oracle Identity Manager as the authorization and security model in Oracle Identity Manager 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.3.0) works on the basis of the custom admin role assignment to a user.
