Screen capture shows the Add Application dialog. The dialog has two sections: App Details and Distributions. There are two buttons at the bottom: Add and Cancel.

The Distributions section in this image contains one tab for iOS. The iOS tab contains five fields: Distribution Location, Icon, Package Name, Version, and Min OS Version. Package Name, Version, and Min OS Version are required fields. Distribution Location is set to Binary SecureWorkspace.FIPS_11_1_2_3_0_319_16044.ipa, followed by a button that says Update.... Icon shows a square 114-pixel x 114-pixel icon for this distribution. Package Name is a read-only (grayed out) text field that is partially cut off in this image; it says com.bitzermobile.BitzerSec....
