Screen capture shows the Add Application dialog shown in the previous figures, but without the Distributions section; only the App Details section is shown. There are two buttons at the bottom: Add and Cancel.

The App Details section contains five fields: App Type, Name, Description, Icon, and Implementation Type. App Type can be set to either App or Virtual App (which is selected). Name is a text field (in the image it says "Sales Portal"). Description is a text field (empty in this image). Icon has an accompanying Choose File button. Following the button is text that says "No file chosen." Implementation Type must either be Web App (selected), or Shared Folder App. Web App has an accompanying text field named Target URL, and Shared Folder App has an accompanying text field named Target Folder.
