Welcome to the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Using and Approving User Defined Objects Guide. This guide has been updated for Tools releases 9.2.0.2, 9.2.1, 9.2.1.2, 9.2.2, 9.2.2.2, 9.2.2.4, 9.2.3, and 9.2.3.3.

Audience

This guide is intended for power users who are responsible for approving, sharing, or rejecting user defined objects (UDOs) created by users. It is for users already familiar with UDO security and UDO types.

This guide provides an overview of UDOs, user permissions, and UDO statuses, and explains how to use the Work with User Defined Objects application to perform approval, sharing, and rejection tasks, in addition to performing tasks like viewing dependencies, requesting to publish UDOs, and so on.
