Description. The deposit screen on new reservations with existing deposit schedules will automatically appear when the user saves the reservation. Based on the configuration of applicable Deposit Schedules and Deposit/Cancellation rules, it may also take the user one step further and automatically open the deposit payment form with the expected deposit amount already pre-populated in the payment form.

Internal Name. AUTO_DEPOSIT_SCREEN

Property Determination. When the parameter is active, the Deposit Screen automatically displays with the deposit amount already populated based on the Deposit Rule, but the Payment form also automatically displays pre-populated with the deposit amount, based on the applicable deposit rules. This will only occur when saving a new reservation that has existing deposit schedules. Exclusion is for Walk in reservations.
