Property Determination. The Penalty Amount that is posted to the guest’s bill is based on this Early Departure Penalty Transaction Code setting and one of the Calculation of Early Departure Penalty Amount settings: Last Night, Remaining Nights, or Total Deposit Paid.

Those transaction codes configured as Revenue excluding the transaction codes defined as Package Profit and Package Loss, which are their own application settings in the Cashiering group.
The Cashiering>Package Profit and Cashiering>Package Loss application settings must be configured prior to selecting the Early Departure Penalty Transaction Code setting. |
