Enabling Application Settings

Enable the following application settings:

Go to PMS>Setup>Application Settings>Membership>Functions>Lookup and set the Lookup application function to Y.
Go to PMS>Setup>Application Settings>Membership>Settings>Lookup Type and set the Lookup Type application setting to ACTIVITIES value.
