Description. When a folio is being emailed this setting will determine if the Original or the Copy will be emailed.

When set to ORIGINAL and the folio is e-mailed and printed at the time of check out (for example), the e-mail will show the text configured in the Folio Copy Legend screen for Code EMAIL ORIGINAL and any printed copies will show '1st Copy of Invoice', '2nd Copy of Invoice', etc. When set to COPY and the folio is e-mailed and printed at the time of check out, printed folios will show 'Original', '1st Copy of Invoice', etc., and the e-mail will show the text in the configured Folio Copy Legend screen for Code EMAIL COPY. In a scenario where the copy is e-mailed and the folio is e-mailed but not printed at the time of check out, OPERA marks the e-mailed folio as 'Original'. This prevents a scenario where no original exists. The same applies when the original is set to be e-mailed and the folio is only printed at the time of check out.
