Activation / Inactivation Rules. 

The App Setting Initial Rooms Snapshot Logic is only visible when the parameter Block Snapshots is Active.

The Initial Snapshot must be Active in Config> Database>Snapshot Setup.

Available Values.

N - Based on Creation Date of Room Grid.

When N is selected, the End of Day Procedure 'Block Initial Snapshot Capture' (pms_grgrid2.Allotment_snapshot_capture) is activated. When the night audit is run on the date that the first record is written into the room grid, a snapshot of the room grid will be taken as the INITIAL snapshot.

S - Based on Booking Status Changing from Non-Deduct to Deduct.

When the booking is changed from a non-deduct to deduct status, a snapshot of the room grid will be taken as the INITIAL snapshot.
