OXI_HUB Create Reservation

For all reservations that are created and processed via central OXI_HUB from external systems, such as GHA or MYFIDELIO, the RES_INSERT_SOURCE_TYPE will populate PMS in the Insert Source Type field and the Insert Source field uses RES_INSERT_SOURCE to populate the resort code where the reservation originated.
