OEDS Name Parameters in OXI

Name parameters apply to all OEDS interfaces.

DEFAULT ADDRESS TYPE

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from External System to Opera.

The default address type.

DEFAULT PHONE TYPE

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from External System to Opera.

The default phone type.

DEFAULT PROFILE TYPE

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from External System to Opera.

The default profile type.

DEST ENTITY ID

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from Opera To External System.

The destination entity ID used in the OG Header message.

DEST SYSTEM TYPE

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from Opera To External System.

The destination type used in the OG Header message.

NO INSERT ON UPDATE

Y/N

-> Direction: Data from External System to Opera.

If set to yes, the profile will be updated if the profile exists, otherwise an exception error occurs. If set to N and a profile does not exist, a new profile is created.

ORIGIN ENTITY ID

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from Opera To External System.

The origin entity ID used in the OG Header Message.

ORIGIN ORGANIZATION ID

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from Opera To External System.

The origin organization used in the OG Header Message

ORIGIN SYSTEM TYPE

Manually keyed

-> Direction: Data from Opera To External System.

The origin system type used in the OG Header Message.

PROFILE TYPES RETURNED ON LOOKUP

Select one or more profile types from the Profile Types list of values.

-> Direction: Data from Opera to External Systems.

On a profile lookup, all profiles of the types selected for this parameter will be returned. If no value is selected for this parameter, all profiles except employee profiles will be returned.

STAGE PROFILE REGION

NONE

-> Direction: Data from External System to Opera.

Controls how the profiles are handled internally. For Gaming, this should always be set to "NONE".

SCREEN

-> Direction: Data from External System to Opera.

An Internal code required for profile processing. For Gaming, this should always be set to "GAMING".

SUBSCRIBE ON LOOKUP

Y/N

-> Direction: Data from Opera To External System.

Determines whether a subscription message is sent back to the gaming partner after a profile is fetched, and merged and created in Opera.
