Understanding the Profiles Area of the Reservations Screen
The Profiles Area consists of four tabs and displays profile information.
Select the appropriate link below for additional information about each tab.
Displays guest profile information, including the following:
Name. The guest's name.
Address. The guest's street address.
Comm. Additional communication information.
Postal Code. The postal code.
Ext. Extended postal code information.
City. The city.
Country. The country.
State. The state.
Displays travel agent information, including the following:
Name. The travel agent's name.
Address. The travel agent's street address.
Comm. Additional communication information.
Postal Code. The postal code.
Ext. Extended postal code information.
City. The city.
Country. The country.
State. The state.
IATA Number. The travel agent's International Air Transport Association number.
Displays company information associated with the guest profile, including the following:
