Sales Allowance Load

Property. The property code default. If you are in a multi-hotel environment you are able to configure the allowance at different hotels via one screen.

Generic Sales Allowance

Increase / Decrease. If you tick that flag the existing sales allowance will be increased or decreased by the amount of rooms that are entered (with a '-' sign for decrease) rather than taking the number entered as the new total. If you have an existing Sales Allowance of 50 rooms and you enter a new number, e.g.,  40,  if you don't check the increase/decrease flag the new total allowance will be 40. If you check the increase/decrease flag the allowance will be 90 (50+40).

Quantity. Number of room nights for this Sales Allowance.

Protected. Future functionality.

Cut Off Days. Number of days that this sales allowance cut off per date within the date range.

Begin Date. Date from which this sales allowance is valid.

End Date. Date to which this sales allowance is valid.

Day of the Week. List of the days of the week that apply for this specific sales allowance.

Quantity (+/-). The number of rooms that will be restricted in being sold.

Restricted?. A check box which is marked by default. Allows the specific PMS Room Type and Quantity for this Sales Allowance.

Protected?. Future functionality.

Cut Off Days. The number of days that these restriction cut off per date within the date range.

PMS Room Type. A pick box which displays all the PMS room types.  You can choose only one PMS room type at a time.

Begin Date. The date from which this restriction is valid.

End Date. The date to which this restriction is valid.

Day of the Week. List of the days of the week that apply for this specific restriction.
