Vouchers Print and Reprint Statistics Report (stat_vouchers with STA10.FMX)
The Vouchers Print and Reprint Report (stat_vouchers) provides statistical information related to vouchers printed and reprinted for the property. This report is available when the Reservations>Vouchers application function is set to Y.
Property. Available when the OPP_MHOT Multi-property PMS add on license is active. Select the down arrow to choose the property to report voucher statistics.
From/To. Select the start date and end date for the period to report. You may use the calendar tool or enter the dates as text. The default dates are the current business date.
Printed. Include vouchers that were printed only once.
Reprinted. Include vouchers that were reprinted following the initial printing. A record is shown in the report for each reprint instance.
Extended Stay. Select this check box to report those voucher-eligible reservations for which the stay dates were extended after check in.
Reduced Stay. Select this check box to report those voucher-eligible reservations for which the stay dates were shortened after check in.
Membership Type. Select the down arrow to choose the membership types to report. The default (null) is all membership types.
Membership Level. Select the down arrow to choose from the membership levels belonging to the membership types you have chosen. The default (null) is all membership levels associated with all membership types indicated by the Membership Types field.
Sort Order. Select the down arrow to choose the sort order for the report: Voucher No. (the default), Printed By, Voucher Date.
The report includes the following fields:
Property. Property where the voucher was issued.
Membership Type. Membership type associated with the voucher.
Membership Level. Membership level associated with the voucher.
Voucher Number. System-issued voucher number. Internally generated Opera Sequence Number.
Voucher Date. Valid On date for the voucher.
Printed By. Opera user who printed/reprinted the voucher.
Printed. Number of times the voucher was printed. This will always be 1 for each individual voucher.
Reprinted. Number of times the voucher was reprinted.
Total. Total number of vouchers printed and reprinted for each membership type/level.
Grand Total. Total number of vouchers printed and reprinted for all membership types/levels.
If Extended Stay and/or Reduced Stay are selected, a separate report section reports those reservations that are extended stay or reduced stay.
The report includes the following fields:
Property. Property where the voucher was issued.
Membership Type. Membership type associated with the voucher.
Membership Level. Membership level associated with the voucher.
Confirmation Number. reservation confirmation number.
Name. Guest name.
Arrival. Reservation arrival date.
Departure. Reservation departure date.
Extended. An X in this column indicates an extended stay reservation.
Reduced. An X in this column indicates a reduced stay reservation.
Total. Total number of extended stay and/or reduced stay reservations for each membership type/level.
Grand Total. Total number of extended stay and/or reduced stay reservations for all membership types/levels.
