Travel Agent Summary (ta_summary with TAC7.FMX)
The Travel Agent Summary is a month-by-month digest of Commissions, Room Revenue, Non Room Revenue, Room Nights, number of Guests, Guest Nights, and No Show and Cancelled reservations for each Travel Agent. The data includes all reservations that have been placed in Commission Processing because a Travel Agent or Source Profile was attached to the Reservation. The filter criteria allows a search by the Bank Account(s) from which the commission was paid and the year when the commission was earned.
Bank Account. Multi-select LOV of all configured Bank Accounts.
Year. Select a year that the commission was earned from the single select drop down list for this mandatory field. If a Year is not selected, then a message is displayed notifying the user that a year must be entered.
