Time/Frequency
Units of time are needed to create task times and response times. When you are finished creating, editing, or deleting codes, press the Close button to exit.
Property. (Available when the OPP_MHOT PMS Multi-property add-on license is active.) Select the down arrow to choose the property to configure units.
X. Mark an X in this column and select the Copy button to copy the unit to one or more other properties. (Available when the OPP_MHOT PMS Multi-property add-on license is active.) Select the Copy button to copy the units marked with an X in the X column to one or more other properties.
Code. Three digit code for the unit of time.
Description. Unit of time description for the code.
In Days. Numeric value of days.
In Hours. Numeric value of hours.
In Minutes. Numeric value of minutes.
Provide the following information in the Create/Edit Unit of Time screen and select the OK button.
Code. Type a three alphanumeric character code for the unit of time you are entering.
Description. Type a description for the unit of time code.
Duration. Type the duration for the unit of time in days, hours, or minutes. Ensure the duration matches the code you are creating.
