Description. The ability to define authorization rules based on Room Type, Room Class, Rate Code, Rate Category, Reservation Type and Source Code or a combination of the same.

Property Determination.  Based on the value selected, users will either be taken into the generic authorization rule screen or the advanced authorization rule screen where authorization rules can be defined with Room Types, Room Classes, Rate Codes, Rate Categories, Reservation Types and Source Codes. When the parameter is Y, properties may apply different authorization rules based on the Room Types, Room Classes, Rate Codes, Rate Categories, Reservation Types and/or Source Codes associated with a particular reservation. In the event that one of the reservation item specifications does not match the reservation, a default authorization rule will apply.
