Description.  Caller Information functionality. Track and display historical information for each reservation. Information that can be collected includes first, last, email, phone and fax of the caller.

Internal Name. CALLER_INFORMATION

Property Determination. Do you wish to see the collected Caller Information collected at the time of booking the reservation? This information would be entered by a central system/ Opera ORS user and passed into Opera PMS within the Caller Info Reservation Option. For ORS users, caller information entered in PMS will be provided to the ORS caller history.
