Change Sub Account to Master Account

• Select Accounts >Search from the Main Menu.
• Enter the master account's name in the Account Name field and click the Magnifier.
• Highlight the master account and select the Display button.
• Select the Relations tab. The Relations screen displays. Company is highlighted with a "+"" sign to the left of it.
• Select Company if you know the sub-account is a company. Otherwise, select another one of the options, i.e. Vendor, Source or Travel Agent. The selected account type is highlighted.
• Double click Company, if the sub-account is a company. A list of all related accounts appears. If a "+" sign shows next to these accounts, it means that contact(s) are attached.
• Highlight the desired sub-company.
• In the "Relationship" column, double click Sub-Account. A pick list displays.
• Select Master Account from the pick list. That now should display in the Relationship column.
• Highlight the company that you have just made a master account.
• Select the Delete button. The sub account is deleted and the two companies no longer will be related.
• Select the Save button.
