Description. When selected, OPERA will automatically set the Housekeeping Status to the selected value during the Check Out process for a Day Use Room with a current status of Clean or Inspected (Available when the Rooms Management>Inspected Status application function is set to Y.).

Internal Name. DEFAULT_DAY_USE_ROOM_STATUS

Property Determination. By defining a value for this application setting, OPERA will automatically change the housekeeping status for the Day Use Room when the reservation checks out of it. This eliminates the need for the Front Desk agent to choose one of the options from the Housekeeping options and ensures that the room is made up by Housekeeping and not assigned to a new guest.
