Auto Folio Settlement Types

An auto folio settlement type (Configuration>Cashiering>Auto Folio Settlement Types) can be associated with a profile to allow folios to be automatically settled every X number of days during the Night Audit or manually settled via the Batch Folio option. (Auto folio settlement types are assigned to profiles using the Auto Folio Settlement Type field on the Profile screen's More Fields tab.) This configuration option is available when the Cashiering>Auto Folio Settlement function is set to Y.

To print auto folio settlement folios, select Cashiering>Cashier Functions>Batch Folios. You may then select the Auto Folio Settlement option and specify the auto folio settlement type you wish to print. All profiles having that type and having a "last printed" date within the range you specify will be printed.

To set up auto folio settlement types, provide the following information:

Code. The auto folio settlement type code ( e.g., LOCAL, FOREIGN, IND, TRAVEL).

Description. The auto folio settlement type code description (Local, Foreign, Individual, Travel Agent).

Sequence. Enter a sequence number, if desired. The sequence number determines the order in which the interest codes appear in the Auto Folio Settlement Types list.
