Description.  Rooms will be removed from inventory the previous night for Events starting prior to this value.

Property Determination. This setting determines haw early the event can start without the property having to remove the room from inventory for the night prior to the event. For example, if the standard property checkout time is 11 AM, a guest cannot be expected to be out of the room by 8AM to accommodate a meeting. Therefore, this setting might be set to 12 noon. If the event starts before noon, the room would not be removed from inventory the night before because it is assumed that the room cannot be made ready in time for the start of the event.
