Description. Allow cashing out the balance from a stored value card.

Property Determination. Activation of this parameter allows an amount greater than the folio balance to be redeemed with a Gift Card. When set to inactive than an amount greater than the folio balance can be entered but will prompt with 'Amount can't be more than folio balance' and will not be redeemed.
