Description. Allows user to process existing queries.

Notes. The General>Data Extraction permission, if granted without also granting any of the Mailing>Query New, Edit, and Delete permissions, allows the user to access the Miscellaneous>Data Extraction>Data Extraction Query menu option and process existing data extraction queries from the Data Extraction Search screen. The user may not create new queries, edit existing queries, or delete queries. If any one or more of the Mailing>Query New, Edit, and/or Delete permissions are granted —regardless of whether the General>Data Extraction permission is granted — the Miscellaneous>Data Extraction menu option will be available, and the Process button will be available on the Data Extraction Query Search screen. However, which of the Mailing>Query New, Edit, and/or Delete permissions are granted determines the availability of the corresponding function buttons (New, Edit, Delete) on the Data Extraction Query Search screen.
