Description. OPERA allows selecting the way to manage Pseudo Rooms during End Of Day procedure: to allow auto check in for Pseudo Rooms in DUE IN status, and/or to allow auto check in Pseudo Rooms when they are checked out.

Property Determination. You can select both options for the setting.

When either setting is selected, the "Allow Auto Check In" option is available on the Room Types configuration screen (PMS > Setup > Configuration > Reservations > Room Classifications > Room Types).

After an upgrade process, properties that had AUTO CHECK IN FOR PSEUDO ROOMS application setting active will automatically have MANAGE PSEUDO ROOMS application setting active with the ALWAYS CHECKED IN option selected.

When only the CHECK IN value is selected or if no value is selected, the "Always Checked in" option is not displayed on the Reservations > Update Reservation > Options > Privileges screen.

ALWAYS CHECKED IN – AUTO CHECK IN PSEUDO ROOMS WHEN THEY ARE CHECKED OUT. Selecting this option replaces Auto Check In functionality for Checked Out PM reservations during the End Of Day procedure. This is the default setting. CHECK IN - AUTO CHECK IN PSEUDO ROOMS IN DUE IN STATUS. Selecting this option allows Auto Check In to Pseudo Room reservations that are in a DUE IN status during the End of Day procedure.
