NEGOTIATED RATES FOR PROFILES Permission

Permission Group. Profiles

Description. Add new negotiated rates to profiles and modify existing profile negotiated rates. The ability to manage profile negotiated rates is controlled by the Profiles>Negotiated Rates for Profiles user permission, while the ability to create and edit rate codes themselves is controlled by the Rate Management Configuration>Rate Code New/Edit user permission. (Negotiated Rates for Profiles is available only when the Rates>Negotiated Rates application function is set to Y.) If the user has the Profiles>Merge Individual permission and/or the Profiles>Account Merge permission, profile merge procedures will not be restricted by the Negotiated Rates for Profiles permission. The Negotiated Rates for Profiles permission will be granted to all users who already have the Rate Code New/Edit permission during upgrade at properties where the Negotiated Rates application function is active.

Up to 150 active negotiated rates can be associated with each profile per property.
