Description.  Activate Negotiated Rates Functionality

Internal Name. NEGOTIATED_RATES

Property Determination. Does the property offer special rate codes for those reservations made via a specific travel agent or company? If a property has a negotiated a discount rate with an individual or company, that rate will be kept in the profile. Each time a new reservation is created, as long as the profile is accessed for the rate query, only the negotiated rates will be returned. This function is fundamental in ensuring that the negotiated rates are used at all times and prevents callbacks and adjustments to room rates.
