Notification Processor Utility

Available when the Lead>Notification application parameter is set to Y and the user has been granted the Utilities>Notification Processor permission, the Notification Processor Utility is used for the purpose of seeing the status of the notification processor. Also, the user will be able to start or stop the processor for a schema if necessary.

Started By. Schema in which the Notification Processor has been started.

Last Run. Date when the processor was last run.

Next Run. Time when the processor will run next.

Status. Current status of the processor.

• Waiting - Processor has been started. It automatically switches to ‘Running’ in predefined time intervals. The time intervals are calculated from the lowest notification time set on any active notification divided by half. For example, if the lowest notification time is ‘1 hour after lead receipt’, the processor would switch from waiting to running every 30 minutes. Once processing begins, Waiting is replaced by Running.
• Running - Processor has been started and is checking for notifications to process.

Instance. ID number for the number of instances the process has been ran.

Function Buttons

Start. Start the notification processor.

Stop. Stop the notification processor.

Refresh Data. Select to update the information.

Close. Exits out of the Notification Processor functionality.
