On the Books Arrivals (orms_future_arr_booked with GENREPPAR.FMX)

The On the Books Arrivals report displays the actual rooms sold into the length of stay (LOS) pattern per arrival day by yield category. This report is based on actual rooms sold and does not include any forecasted values of additional rooms to be sold.

Parameters

Arrival From. First Arrival Date for which the report should be generated.

Arrival To. Last Arrival Date for which the report should be generated.

Yield Category. Requested Yield Category for the report. The options on the LOV are:

ALL Yield Categories - The report displays each Yield Category for the property for the week ended date. The data is divided into length of stay per arrival date. A grand total for each Yield Category and LOS is included at the end of the report.
Total Hotel - Displays the Daily Total for the week ended date for all the Total Hotel Yield Categories combined (individual yield categories are not identified). The data is divided into length of stay per arrival date. A grand total for the entire hotel yield categories and LOS is included at the end of the report.
Specific Yield Category - Displays the selected Yield Category (i.e. Suite) for the week ended date for each length of stay, per arrival date. A grand total for the selected Yield Category and LOS is included at the end of the report.

Report Output

Week Ended. Date of the last day of the week for which the report was run.

The report is then divided by Yield Category.

Arrival Date. Arrival date(s) as selected in the Parameters.

LOS1. Number of 1 night Length of Stay reservation for the given date.

LOS2. Number of 2 nights Length of Stay reservation for the given date.

LOS3. Number of 3 nights Length of Stay reservation for the given date.

LOS4. Number of 4 nights Length of Stay reservation for the given date.

LOS5. Number of 5 nights Length of Stay reservation for the given date.

LOS6. Number of 6 nights Length of Stay reservation for the given date.

LOS7+. Number of over 7 nights Length of Stay reservation for the given date.

Note: Depending on the Opera database, in some cases only LOS1 to LOS5+ are determined. The values on the report are dynamic.

Total. Sum of all LOS values, which will give the total number of all rooms that are booked for the given date.

Daily Total. Summary of each week's daily totals, per each arrival date. Displays when the ALL Yield Categories and Total Hotel options are selected from the Yield Category LOV.

At the end of the report a section displays the Totals per each Yield Category and Total Hotel, for each of the LOS(s).
