Oversell (orms_oversell with GENREPPAR.FMX)

The Oversell report will indicate per day, the number of forecasted cancellations that have not yet occurred, the forecasted overbooking levels for the property, and what overbooking was actually applied.

Parameters

Stay From. Start Date, for which Overbooking data should be displayed on the report.

Stay To. End Date, for which Overbooking data should be displayed on the report.

Report Output

Oversell Date. Oversell Date(s) as selected on the Parameters.

Remaining Cancellations. Number of forecasted cancellations that have not yet occurred.

Calculated Oversell. Forecasted Overbooking amount.

Applied Oversell. Applied Overbooking amount.

Difference. Difference between the calculated and the applied Overbooking amount.

Override Oversell. Manual overridden Overbooking value.
