ORMS Pace (orms_pace with REP_PACE1.FMX)
The ORMS Pace report allows for the ability to analyze forecast revenue and occupancy data. This report provides valuable data as well as provides a seamless method to access a snapshot of their current performance against previous performance.
Year. Select the down arrow to choose the year in which to run the report for.
Month. Leave this field blank to include all the months or select the down arrow to choose the month, or months, for the selected year to run the report.
DOW. Leave the field blank to include all of the days of the week or select the down arrow to choose the Day(s) of the Week for the selected months of the selected year to include in the report.
Data Type. Leave this field blank to include all of the Data Types, Rooms, ADR, Revenue, RevPAR, or select the down arrow to choose the Data Type(s) to include in the report output.
Date. Stay date of the reservations.
Day. Day of the week that the Stay Date is.
Forecast Rooms. Forecast number of rooms expected to be booked for the date.
OTB Rooms. Number of On The Books (OTB) rooms for the date.
Forecast Transient Rooms. Forecast number of individual rooms, not to rooms attached to a Block ID, to be booked for the date.
OTB Transient Rooms. Number of On The Books (OTB) of individual rooms, not rooms attached to a Block ID, booked for the date.
OTB Transient Rooms 1 Day Ago to OTB Transient Rooms 90 Days Ago Columns. Number of On The Books (OTB) of individual rooms, not rooms attached to a Block ID, booked 1 Day, 3 Days, 7 Days, 14 Days, 21 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days, and 90 Days Ago.
Date. Stay date of the reservations.
Day. Day of the week that the Stay Date is.
Forecast ADR. Forecast Average Daily Rate expected for the date.
OTB ADR. Average Daily Rate for rooms for On The Books rooms.
Forecast Transient ADR. Forecast Average Daily Rate of individual rooms, not to rooms attached to a Block ID, for the date.
OTB Transient ADR. Average Daily Rate of individual rooms On The Books (OTB), not rooms attached to a Block ID, for the date.
