Owner Revenue Transaction Codes
The Owner Revenue Transaction Code configuration feature is used to determine which charges are included when computing the management company revenue distribution and the revenue split between the owner and the property (See Contract Templates for details).
When the OPV_<version number> OPERA Vacation Ownership System license code is active and to choose the transaction codes for owner revenue calculation, select Configuration>Ownership>Owner Revenue Transaction Codes. The Owner Revenue Transaction Codes screen appears.
Select the transaction codes to be included in owner revenue calculations from the top grid and move them to the Selected grid.
The Owner Revenue Transaction Codes screen displays the following information.
Trn. Code. Enter all or part of the transaction code to search for.
Description. Enter the all or part of the transaction code description to search for.
Group. Select the down arrow to display a group list of values to select from to search for.
Subgroup. Select the down arrow to display a subgroup list of values to select from to search for.
This grid represents all of the transaction codes that were returned based on your search criteria.
X. An X in this column indicates that the record is selected.
Trn. Code. The transaction code. Each type of transaction has a unique code that identifies it and determines how it is handled by OPERA's internal accounting routines.
Description. A description of the transaction code.
This grid represents all of the transaction codes that have been selected, to determine which charges are included when computing the management company revenue distribution, and the revenue split between the owner and the property.

Search. Select to search for the transaction codes the meet the search criteria.
All. Select to choose all of the transaction codes in the Search Results Grid or Selected Grid.
None. Select to un-select all of the transaction codes that have been selected in the Search Results Grid or Selected Grid.
Add. Select to add the selected transaction codes from the Search Results Grid to the Selected Grid so that they can now be used by the property.
Remove. Select to remove the selected transaction codes from the Selected Grid to the Search Results Grid so that they cannot be used by the property.
OK. Select to save all of the changes that were made and close out.
Close. Select to close out of the Owner Revenue Transaction Codes screen.
