Queue Reservation Activity (qresv_activity with HSK8.FMX)

The Queue Reservation report (qresv_activity.rep) shows queue reservation activity for the day or days included in the report period. The report shows which reservations were placed on queue, when they were placed on queue, and how long they were on queue. Also included are totals of queued reservations for each day of the report period and a grand total for the entire report period.

This report is available when the Rooms Management>Queue Rooms application function is set to Y. (See Queue Reservations and Queue Rush Rooms for details.)

Selection Criteria

Date Range

Select a radio button to indicate whether you wish to report on queued reservations by reservation arrival dates (the default) or by reservation stay dates.

Arrival Dates. Report will cover queue reservation activity for all reservations having an arrival date that falls within the From Date/To Date period you select. Only dates less than or equal to the current business date can be entered.

Stay Dates. Report will cover queue reservation activity for all reservations having at least one stay date within the From Date/To Date period you select.

From Date/To Date. Enter a date range to be covered by the report. The current business date is the default.

Filter

Room. Select the down arrow to choose one or more rooms to be covered by the report. PM rooms are not included in the list of values. Only queued reservations assigned to the rooms you select will be included in the report. Leave blank to report regardless of room number.

Reservation Status. Select the down arrow to choose one or more reservation statuses to be covered by the report. Only queued reservations with the statuses you select will be included in the report. Leave blank to report regardless of reservation status.

Display

Notes. Select this check box to include profile notes and/or reservation comments in the report. When this check box is selected, a field with drop down arrow appears. Select the drop down arrow to choose the type(s) of notes and/or comments you wish to include in the report.

Sort Order. Default sort order is by Room Number.

Report Details

Date. Date the reservation is placed on queue.

Room Number. Room number assigned to the queued reservation.

Name. Guest's name (last, first, title).

Company/Travel Agent/Source. Company (C), travel agent (T), or source (S) associated with the reservation. Source is available when the Profiles>Source application function is set to Y.

Departure Date. Departure date of the queued reservation.

Queue Start Time. Time when the reservation was placed on queue.

Queue End Time. Time when the reservation was taken off queue. Typically, reservations are removed from the queue when a room becomes available and the guest is checked in. Blank if the reservation is still on queue.

Queue Time. Total elapsed hours and minutes (HH:MM) since the reservation was placed on queue.

Previous Stays. Total number of previous stays for the guest whose reservation was on queue.

Profile Notes. Notes attached to the guest profile associated with the reservation on queue. Notes marked as Internal are excluded from the report.

Reservation Comments. Comments attached to the reservation on queue. Comments marked as Internal are excluded from the report.

Total Rooms on Queue for Arrival/Stay Date. Total number of rooms that have been on queue for each date covered by the report.

Grand Total Rooms on Queue. Grand total number of rooms that have been on queue for the period covered by the report.
