Restrictions Detail (raterest with RES14.FMX)
The report can also be run for up to 90 days prior to the current business date, to display the restrictions that were in place on a given date. When the OPR<version number>ORS license code is active, and channel restrictions have been set up, the channel restrictions can also be viewed on this report.
The report output will match the Rate Availability screen. The Rate Availability screen is only available when the Setup>Application Settings>Rate Group>Advanced Rate Restriction Function is set to Y (in both PMS and ORS).
The Rate Availability screen can be accessed in PMS by selecting F5>Rate Availability, or it can be accessed in either PMS or ORS by selecting Setup>System Configuration>Rate Management>Rate Availability.
The report will only display those dates that fall within the date range that have an actual restriction in place. For example, if the report was run From March 1, 2004 – March 31, 2004 and there were only restrictions set for March 18 – March 22, the report will only display a row for the dates of March 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22.
Property. Multi select List of Values of all Properties that the user has permission to run reports. The filter will only be displayed if the logged in properties OPP_MHOT Opera Property Management Multi-Property Base add-on license code is active or if in ORS.
Restriction Date Range. Enter a From and To Date. The From Date can be up to 90 dates prior to the current business date to any date in the future. For example, if the current date is March 21, 2004, the From Date that can be entered could be from December 22, 2003 to infinity.
Room Class. When the Room Class radio button is selected, select a specific or more than one Room Class from the Room Class multi-select LOV field to include in the results of the report. This is only available when the General>Room Class application function is set to Y.
Room Type. When the Room Type radio button is selected, select a specific or more than one Room Type from the Room Type multi-select LOV field to include in the results of the report.
Rate Category. When the Rate Category radio button is selected, select a specific or more than one Rate Category from the Rate Category multi-select LOV field to include in the results of the report.
Rate Code. When the Rate Code radio button is selected, select a specific or more than one Rate Code from the Rate Code multi-select LOV field to include in the results of the report.
Restriction Type. A multi select List of Values is provided to allow filtering on certain Restriction Types. The options are Closed, Closed for Arrival, Closed for
Departure, Minimum Stay Through, Maximum Stay Through, Minimum Length of Stay, Maximum Length of Stay, Minimum Advance Booking, Maximum Advance Booking and Length of Stay Not Available.
Sort Order. Property, Date, Restriction Type.
