Description. Determine how the Reference Currency displays on the folio. If CURRENT, then the Reference Currency amounts are based on the exchange rate calculation for the date the folio is printed/previewed. If ACTUAL, then the Reference Currency amounts are based on the exchange rate calculation for the date the transaction was posted.

Property Determination. The Delete button is not available on the Past Exchange Rates screen to prevent loss of any previously configured exchange rates. Folios display values based on the Exchange Rate calculation for the current business date when set to CURRENT. Folios display values based on the Exchange Rate calculation for the posting date when set to ACTUAL.

Activation / Inactivation Rules.

The RATES > MULTI CURRENCY application parameter must be set to Y.
